We Aim to Dispatch Your Order as Quickly as Possible
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout every stage of your delivery.
I Just Placed an Order. When Will It Ship?
Orders are processed within 72 hours before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

* Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For customers outside the UK, the Express Shipping fee will automatically be converted into your local currency based on the current exchange rate at checkout.

Our Delivery Partners
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with trusted courier partners, including Yodel, Royal Mail and CJ Packet.
The courier used for your order will depend on your delivery location and the fulfilment centre from which your order is dispatched.
Where We Ship From
We operate multiple fulfilment centres to ensure products are dispatched as efficiently as possible.
Your order will be shipped from the fulfilment centre with available stock that can best serve your delivery location.
Customs & Import Charges
Customers are not required to pay any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Pre-Orders
Occasionally, a product may sell out before our next shipment arrives.
When this happens, we'll make the product available for pre-order.
The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.
Once stock arrives at our warehouse, all pre-orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched.
Please note that many orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, once it has been been delivered, you may return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

- Multi-buy discounts
and you request to cancel or remove part of the order, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing of the remaining items to their standard retail price.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.

If you're unavailable to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or take it to a local collection point or depot.
If you choose the courier's "Leave in a Safe Place" option, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier once it has been delivered according to your instructions.
Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Customs inspections
- Courier operational delays
- Natural disasters
If this happens, we'll always work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We carefully package every order to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item.
We'll assess your claim promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
